All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We hope that your order never needs to be cancelled or returned. However, if you do need to cancel or return an order, we are here to help. We have outlined our cancellation and return policy below to help you through the process :-
Cancellations of orders shall only be accepted if communicated via email and must be made prior to the order status being updated to "Ready to Ship" or within one (1) hour of the order placement, whichever occurs earlier.
In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unexpected circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid & partial orders.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any and all products purchased during promotional sales, discount periods, or similar events shall be expressly excluded from eligibility for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?
For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days. We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.
Please Note: Orders can only be cancelled before order status being updated to "Ready to Ship"
The following terms apply to cancellations of orders in specific circumstances, subject to the Company’s sole discretion in addressing exceptional or critical situations:

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: In the event a COD order is canceled after its status has been updated to "Ready to Pickup," the partial payment of Rs.99 made at checkout shall not be refunded.
- Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders canceled after their status has been updated to "Ready to Pickup," a standard shipping fee of Rs.99 shall be deducted from the refund amount.
